oftentimes we are caught dwelling in our own A.N.T. theory. The ANT theory is our automatic negative thoughts. We stay stuck in overthinking and doubting ourselves to the point where we will find any reason to quit or run away. What we do things for can not be greater than our why. For example, we eat everyday, multiple times a day, even to the point where we over indulge. In this concept the what and the why can be confused. What do you eat for? We eat what we eat to feel good, and to stay alive. Why do we eat? We eat to survive. The questions seem similar, the answers seem the same. Our mindset and execution separates one from the other. We can not continue to eat things that dont help our survival long term and short term. Dead organisms have no place being devoured by living organisms. We must be more aware of what we have a taste for, what we are ingesting and what we are digesting. We need to be more pinpoint in our meal preparation and pay a lot more detail to what we feed off of. Here are some tips that will help you select your food better?
1. Does the food make you sleepy and tired right after eating it?
2. Does the food make you feel, sluggish, heavy, and insecure after or while eating it?
3. Does the food you make come in one dimension; are you able to create variations from this particular food?
4. Is your food preparation meat dominant, plant dominant or fish dominant?
5. When you workout does your body perform well after these meals or worst?
