Whats up everyone. just wanted to break the ice and say hello. i definitely had a great leg day today. squats, smith machine variations, leg extensions and hamstring pops. legs feel like jello. There will be days in which training you legs is so frustrating because its so strenuous. the androgen density rates do not favor the legs because those muscles are far from the brain. i have learned over time in my own journey that repitition is key. repitition creates so much discipline its amazing. i remember when training legs was a no go, a for what, or not right now type of thing but now leg day is a must and its dam near everyday. here is some motivation for all our behinds. train the very muscle thats your weakest more than your schedule or plan permits and watch your muscles grow. muscles are not stubborn they are ignorant. they dont know how serious we are until we show them consisently. #LeenInc
